Mickey Mouse Molecule

It has one large oxygen head,
have you ever seen that?
It has two smaller hydrogen ears,
and it appears with your tears.

In the whole, it has polarity
and a high kinetic energy.
On top exists a positive pole;
the bottom plays the negative role.

It has three states of matter,
but which one seems for us better?
No difference in structure, sounds secretly,
and also a lower bonding tendency.

You can meet it also in Disneyland,
in every corner and every end.
Who or what could it be?
Please, tell it once to me!

In 2004 I received an invitation from the International Society of Poetry to read one of my poems in Orlando. I had chosen my poem Mickey Mouse Molecule for the event which had taken place in Disneyland. Students of chemistry like to call the water molecule H2O, Mickey Mouse because its stucture formula looks exactly like Mickey Mouse. My poem is written as a riddle and it's a little bit difficult to solve without knowlege in chemistry but it's funny without knowing this also.
